  • Gas, water and electricity are included except during the months November, December, January, February and March.
  • On arrival you will have to pay a deposit of Euro 100,00. The deposit will be repayable on return of the house keys and  after deduction of the costs of the cleaning.
  • On booking, You will receive an e-mail confirmation and an invoice. On the invoice will be stated an initial payment of 25%, which must be paid 7 days after booking, and a balance payment of 75%, which must be paid at least 4 weeks before your arrival. If the reservation is made within 3 weeks before arrival, the entire rent must be paid within 7 days of booking. If any payment is not made within the timeframes outlined here, the reservation will be cancelled.
